Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:













If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside a limited number of rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES - THERE ARE 3 REQUIRED PAYMENTS

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR INTIAL RESERVATION IS FEBRUARY 28, 2023. BUT YOUR $300 DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RESERVATION BEING MADE. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ADD FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE TO YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.

- A SECOND PAYMENT OF $200 ON YOUR RESERVATION IS DUE ON APRIL 20, 2023.

- THE THIRD AND FINAL PAYMENT FOR ANY REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR RESERVATION IS DUE ON JULY 7, 2023.

ANY LATE PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25/PERSON FEE.
