Reservation Cancellation Policy

ANY RESERVATION MADE WITHOUT INSURANCE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Once a reservation is booked there is a $75 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.

Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

The couple's special wedding group rates have been secured and rooms have been blocked off, waiting for you to book your stay! The room categories available and their rates are listed below.

2. Mirage Club One Bedroom Suite - Outdoor Jacuzzi - ADULTS ONLY (12 rooms)

If you wish to book a room not included on this list, just let MarieSam know and she can request a discounted group rate for your preferred room type. 

Please note that room availability will change as new reservations are made and what is listed above may not be 100% accurate at the time of your room reservation request. The room categories listed above were selected by the couple for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a particular room category, we highly encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible.

Trip Insurance: We highly recommend getting insurance but you have the option to decline when filling out the room reservation form. Please note any reservation made without insurance is non-refundable.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A FAMILY CLUB AND MIRAGE CLUB ROOM?

Both room types offer a VIP experience, however, a Family Club room is for those with children (anyone ages under 18). The Mirage Club rooms offer an adults-only experience (anyone ages 18 and up).  

Travel Insurance Rates

During the ongoing pandemic, we strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance. Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process. Insurance must be requested in writing.You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process. You must add insurance at the time the deposit is paid.

• IMPORTANT: This comprehensive travel protection plan provides the enrolled client with three different refund options minus the costs of the insurance – 1) Full Travel Credit, 2) 50% Travel Credit & 50% Cash Refund (original form of payment), 3) Full Cash Refund (original form of payment). Pricing ranges from $49.99 to $275.00 per person depending on the costs of your package. 

This comprehensive travel protection plan provides the enrolled client with a refund or credit in the event they need to cancel their trip for any reason right up to the departure time of the flight. Please contact travel agent for exact insurance rates on your vacation package. 

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for 6 months after returning from international travel per current U.S. regulations. The earlier you get your passport the cheaper it is. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP. For more information on obtaining a passport visit the The U.S. Department of State page here.

Please note, as of April 30, 2023 -- all passports must be valid for 6 months from the date of your return to the USA.

FLIGHTS
Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is the best airport to fly into. If needed, MarieSam can help you book flights to get you the best price at no additional charge. 

All flights should arrive and depart from Punta Cana International Airport. If you book your room through MarieSam, airport transfers to and from the resort are included. 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, an all-inclusive resort about 25 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room. **We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be more expensive for you BUT also because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group.** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at our host resort, you will be required to pay a per person visitor's fee to attend our wedding ceremony and reception.
